Guide to obtain all characters

Android 16
- During the Namek Saga there will be a point where two red markers will be available on your map, and you must head to the easternmost
marker to initiate a conversation with a frog containing Captain Ginyu’s consciousness. After the scene, proceed through the DU as normal, and you will
reach the Android Saga as a new feature to playing Krillin’s DU a second time. During this Saga, if you search the chain of islands on the southern portion of
the map, you will find a ‘plains’ area. Here, Krillin and Trunks will find a damaged android 16. After the scene, head to West City, where Bulma will
repair Android 16, and he will become playable (Krillin DU mode 2nd time)

Android 17
- Defeat Android 17 in Dragon Universe mode with Piccolo)

Android 18
-Complete Dragon Universe mode with Krillin)

Bardok
-In the beginning of Goku’s DU fly over to Raditz’s spaceship, you should see a ??? Enter it and you should get him)

Brolly
-Beat him on the 2nd time through as Goku. Find Supreme Kai a little SW of the red dot before you fuse with vegeta, he will tell you about a stronger force. Then go fuse and fight Buu, after beating him instead of going on to Kid Buu you will get a red dot for Brolly)

Captain Ginyu
-Defeat Captain Ginyu in Dragon Universe mode with Goku)

Cell
-Defeat Cell in Dragon Universe mode with Teen Gohan)

Cell Jr.
-Beat Piccolo in Dragon Arena when he brakes in (your level must be at 30-40 and fight lvl 66 Tien)

Cooler
-After beating Frieza under where you beat him, should be Ssj Vegeta. Beat him and Vegeta will tell you about Cooler. Go to Cooler’s red mark and beat him with Goku) You also have to complete Vegeta’s DU before this will work)

Dabura
-In DU mode defeat Dabura with Teen Gohan)

Dr. Gero
-Defeat Dr. Gero in Dragon Universe mode with Yamcha)

Fat Buu
-Play through Dragon Universe with Goku)

Frieza
-Defeat Frieza in Dragon Universe mode with Goku)

Gogeta (Vegeta)
- Buy it from Skill Shops (Random) when you got Black Membership Card)

Gogeta Capsule
- On a time through as Goku/Vegeta. Instead of fighting Uub or Brolly you’ll receive an invitation from their sons to fight in a fusion. Just win that fight.)

Gohan
-Complete Dragon Universe mode with Teen Gohan)

Goku (SSJ4)
-Defeat kid Buu with a super spirit bomb and there’ll be a continuation of DU. Don’t go to the dot. Go to the islands to the right of the dot and go to the???. You will find Goku’s Ssj4 capsule there)

Goten
-Defeat Goten in Dragon Universe mode with Gohan)

Gotenks
-Buy in the capsule shop once you got Black Membership Card)

Great Saiyaman
-Complete DU with Gohan(Adult))

Hercule/Mr.Satan
-Help him out in Piccolo DU mode (Majin Saga) at the desert South of Baba’s Palace and go talk to Videl at central city)

Kabitoshin
-To unlock this potara fusion, you must play though Gohan’s (Adult) DU a second time. Follow the events to unlock Supreme Kai (as shown above) and then fight and defeat Kid Buu with Gohan. Once you do, do no head to Broly’s red dot right away. Instead, go to Central City, and then fly
directly west to the coastline. You should find a small island covered in forest, where there is a ‘forest’ event. Activate the event, and you will get the Kabitoshin capsule)

Kid Buu
-Defeat Kid Buu in Dragon Universe mode with Goku)

Kid Goku
-Playing As Goku in DU second time before facing Nappa check water to the right for Grandpa Gohan’s house to unlock Kid Goku faster)

Kid Goku (alternate)
-Complete Dragon Universe mode with Broly)

Kid Trunks
-Defeat Majin Buu in Dragon Universe mode with Vegeta)
Metal Cooler 
-To unlock Cooler’s metallic self, you will need to be playing through Goku’s DU
a second time. During the Namek Saka, right after you fight Frieza, three red
dots will appear on the map. Go to the one on the center island and battle
Cooler and defeat him. Another event will appear in the same spot, and Cooler
will now be metallic. The capsule that enables his metallic form can be found
just north of Cooler’s ship, before fighting him as Metal Cooler and after
talking to him as Metal Cooler.

Omega Shenron
-Once invited to fight against Gotenks at the tournament, go get your Ssj4 capsule on one of the little islands to the right of the tourniment. Then visit Bulma in west city, she will tell you the Dragon Radar is broken. Next defeat Gotenks at the tournament and then you’ll get to unlock Omega Shenron.)

Recoome
-Defeat Recoome in Dragon Universe mode with Goku)

Saibaman
-Beat Nappa in Dragon Arena when he broken in (your level must be at 10-20 and fight lvl 32 Videl)

Super Buu
-Defeat Super Buu Dragon Universe mode with Goku)

Supreme Kai
-Supreme Kai can be unlocked during Gohan’s (Adult) DU mode on a second play through, by searching the map and viewing the two Videl events and beating Goten. After both of those are complete, head to Kami’s lookout and beat Piccolo. When the Debura marker appears, head to the mountains on the northeast coast of the main continent to have a discussion with Vegeta.Afterwards proceed to defeat Debura. Gohan should now decide to pursue Vegeta instead of Buu. Defeat Vegeta, then head to the dot on your map, but before you face Buu, scan the immediate area. There is a ‘plains’ location which is easier to find by using the Ki-search (R1) near central city, where you will find Supreme Kai and he will be unlocked for you after the scene with Gohan.)

Teen Gohan
-Complete Dragon Universe mode with Kid Gohan)

Trunks
-Complete Dragon Universe mode with Vegeta)

Uub
-When fighting Kid Buu as Goku, use the spirit ball technique as normal or kaioken and it will become the Super Spirit Bomb, just win the attack and there will be a continuation of DU. Next beat Uub at the tournament to get his capsule)

Vegeta
-Defeat Vegeta in Dragon Universe mode with Goku)

Videl
-Hercule’s daughter can be unlocked only while in Gohan’s DU. Before your battle with Dabura, search fields east of Goku’s house for one event with Videl, then search the island chain in the lower right portion of the map. You should find a spot that will initiate a second conversation with Videl about how she’s being trained, and afterwards, she will be unlocked)

SS4 Vegeta and Vegeta’s SS4 Gogeta Capsule:
In Vegeta’s 2nd DU, as soon as Vegeta is resurrected after Fat Buu, go to muscle tower on the ice island. There you will automatically talk to kibitoshin about Broly. Then go fuse and fight Buu at the dot. As you go to fight kid Buu Goku will instead send you to find and kill Broly. Once you can move, instead of flying to Broly, fly around the chain of islands to the SE. Here you will see a event with Vegeta complaining about Goku while King Kai makes it so Goku can here Vegeta complain. After that go kill Broly. After Broly, Vegeta will sense a new power but it’s not evil. instead of heading to the new dot to the south, go talk to piccolo at kami’s tower, he will question him. After, go towards Baba’s palace. in a "plains" area you will talk to Bulma about Goku turning ss4. Then she tells you to go home (West City) for a surprise. She gives you the SS4 capsule. Now go beat Goku at the red dot to the south. If you beat SS4 Goku, you will get Vegeta’s capsule for SS4 Gogeta)
